Sub Account - Contacts Overview
This guide provides an overview of the Contacts section in your Voicemetrics Sub-Account, including managing customer details, tracking interactions, and segmenting audiences for improved communication.
1. Create and Customize Contact Views
Add New Contacts
Click Add Contact to add customer information.
Mandatory fields: Contact Name and Phone Number.
View all contacts or use filters like lists, tags, or customer types for selective viewing.

2. Lists: Organize Your Audience
Create Custom Lists
Click Add List and provide a name for the list.
Edit or delete lists anytime to maintain organization.

3. Tags: Segment by Behavior
Create Custom Tags
Click Add Tag and define tags for behavioral segmentation (e.g., Interested, Not Interested).
Tags can be edited or deleted at any time.

4. Custom Fields
Create Custom Fields
View System Fields (uneditable due to dependency) and Custom Fields for personalized customer data.
Create and manage custom fields to fit your business needs.
Delete or Hide Custom Fields
Hide custom fields anytime using the eye icon.
Fields cannot be deleted as it may affect existing data.

5. Import / Export Contacts
Import Contacts (CSV)
Ensure CSV files contain Name and Phone Number fields.
Max file size: 16MB.
Select your Contact List and upload the CSV file.
Map CSV Columns with available fields, then Click Import.

Export Contacts (CSV)
Select your Contact List and click Export CSV.
Review the Number of Contacts available in the list.
Tap Export to download the CSV file.

6. Webhooks: Automate Communication
Webhooks facilitate real-time, automated communication between applications without the need for manual intervention.
Examples:
Lead Automation: Receive leads from Google Ads or websites.
Contact Updates: Sync contact details with external systems.
Steps:
Tap Create Webhook, provide a name, and a default webhook URL will be generated.
Copy and Save the URL for integration with destination websites or Google Ads landing pages.
Use View Logs to review sample data.
Edit and Map Webhook Fields to contact fields.
