What is Tag, and how does it work?
A Tag categorizes and segments contacts based on characteristics or behaviors, helping organize them for targeted communication. You can create, edit, or delete tags to keep your contact database dynamic and organized.
Steps to Work with Tags
Learn how to create, edit, and manage tags to organize and segment your contacts effectively.
Step 1: Add a Tag
Tap the Add Tag button.
Provide a name for your tag.
Click "Create New Tag" to save.
Step 2: Edit or Update a Tag
Go to Actions and tap the Edit icon.
Update the tag name as needed.
Note:
You can view the contact count for each tag in the tag overview.
