How do you set up a Webhook URL in Bland?

This section explains the process of setting up a webhook URL in Retell. Follow step-by-step instructions to configure your webhook to receive event notifications and data payloads seamlessly

 Configure Agent level Webhook URL:

• Login to Bland Account

• Navigate to Phone Numbers (Agent) Menu & Click on the appropriate Agent

• Tap on Configure Settings

• Scroll bottom to Post Call > Paste URL

• Save Changes.

Note:

Make sure the Webhook URLs are configured for each workspace in the Bland platform.
