What is Webhooks, and how does it work?

Webhooks enable real-time communication between your account and external apps, automating data transfer triggered by specific events. They streamline integration for tasks like lead automation and data synchronization.

Steps to Set Up Webhooks

Learn how to set up webhooks to automate data transfer and integrate your agency account with external applications based on specific events.

Step 1: Create and Copy Webhook URL

  • Tap the Create Webhook button and provide a name for your webhook.

  • A default webhook URL will be generated. Copy and save this URL for future use.



Step 2: Paste Webhook URL

  • Paste the copied webhook URL on your intended website or Google Ads landing page. Tap the View Log button to view sample data from the webhook.

Step 3: Map Your Webhook Fields

  • Edit the webhook settings and map the webhook fields to the appropriate contact fields for data synchronization.


Step 4: Delete or Pause Webhook

  • Use the On/Off toggle button to pause webhook operations at any time.

  • To permanently remove the webhook, tap the Delete button.
