Steps to Setup Your Own SMTP

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure your own SMTP and sender email address for customer notifications. Learn how to input sender details, set up the SMTP server, authenticate your account, and test the connection for reliable email delivery.

1. Access SMTP Settings

  • Log in to your Agency Account.

  • Navigate to White Label and tap Email SMTP Setup.

  • Select dropdown and change SMTP Provider as "Your Own SMTP"



2. Configure SMTP Server URL

  • Enter your SMTP server address (e.g., smtp.example.com).

  • Provide the port number. The default port is 465.


3. Authenticate Your Account

  • Select the appropriate security protocol (TLS or SSL).

  • Enter your SMTP username (typically your email address).

  • Enter your SMTP Password


4. Enter Sender Details

  • Optionally, add a sender name for a personalized touch.

  • Input the sender’s email address to be used for outgoing emails.


5. Test Connection

  • Click Test Connection to verify the setup.

  • Ensure the test email is successfully delivered to confirm the configuration.

Your sender email address is now successfully configured and ready.
