How can I update card information in a Client Account?

This guide explains how to update your payment card details in your Client Account app.

Step 1: Access the Plan & Billing Menu

  1. Log in to your Client Account app.

  2. Navigate to the Plan & Billing menu.

  3. Locate the Manage Subscription option below the usage summary.


Step 2: Open the Subscription Update Page

1. Click the Manage Subscription button to access the subscription update page.


Step 3: Update Card Information

  1. Go to the Payments & Billing Information section.

  2. Enter your New Card details.

  3. Confirm the changes by clicking "Update Plan".

  4. Your card information will now be updated for future payments.
