How can I Enable or Disable a Client Account?

This guide explains how to disable or enable a client account in your Agency account.

Disabling a Client Account

  1. Navigate to the Agency Panel.

  2. Open the Client Accounts menu.

  3. Select and open the desired Client Account

  4. Go to the General Tab and click Disable Client Account.



Note: Once disabled, Client Account Users Will Lose Access and will no longer be able to log in.

Enabling a Client Account

  1. Navigate to the Disabled Client Account in the Client Accounts menu.

  2. In the General Menu, Toggle The Account Status To Enable.
