What is the process to delete a sub-account?

This guide explains the steps to delete a sub-account in your Voicemetrics account.

Steps to Delete a Sub-Account

  1. Navigate to the Agency Panel.

  2. Open the Sub Accounts menu.

  3. Select and Open the Sub Account you want to delete.

  4. Go to the General Menu and click Delete Sub Account.


Important Notes

  • Once deleted, Sub Account Users Will Lose Access and can no longer log in.

  • This action is irreversible.
