Client Account - Agents Overview

This guide provides an overview of AI Agents in your Client Account and how to configure and interact with them.

1. Configure/Update AI Agent

To set up or modify an AI agent, follow these steps:

  • AI Agent Name: Assign a name to the AI agent for easy identification.

  • Knowledgebase: Central place to store web pages, documents, and information. 

  • Greetings: Define the AI agent's first message to start the conversation.

  • System Prompt: Use the system prompt to configure the context, role, personality, instructions, and other aspects of the AI agent's behavior.

2. Talk with the AI Agent

  • Initiate a Web Call to communicate with the AI agent in real-time and test its functionality.



3. Add Knowledgebase with the AI Agent

  • Central place for AI agents to store and access web pages, documents, and information.
  • Enhances the AI agent's ability to deliver quick and accurate responses.
  • Simplifies managing and updating information for better performance.
